SAUGUS FOOTBALL PLAYER REGISTRATION 2024

In order for our program to continue to offer the highest level of skill development and competitive achievement, we rely on the generous financial support of our parents and families. The amount of donations we receive determines the scope of our program.

You can make donations for registration through the following ways*:

Zelle: (Send to [email protected]). A bank to bank money transfer service that is safe, convenient and free to use. If offered by your bank use your online banking website or banking app to give. If not offered by your bank download the Zelle app on your mobile device and follow the instructions. Be sure to include your athlete’s name in the memo field. Venmo: (search@saugus-gridiron) A money transfer app that allows you to transfer funds, which can then be transferred to a bank account. It is safe, convenient and free to use. Paypal: Please use the form below to complete a donation using Paypal.  Very safe and secure, Paypal is an electronic commerce (e-commerce) company that facilitates payments between parties through online funds transfers. PayPal allows customers to establish an account on its website, which is connected to a user’s credit card or checking account.

  • One form per player is required.  If you have more than one player to register, please fill out the first player and submit.  You will be asked if you’d like to fill out another registration form on the following page.  Please make sure to fill the forms out correctly as they cannot be changed online at a later time.
